Using this website
By using maprizz.com you agree to these terms. The site is provided for information about MapRizz's services and to let you request an audit or contact us. Please don't misuse it — for example, by submitting false information, attempting to disrupt it, or scraping it.
The free audit
The free visibility audit is a good-faith review of publicly available information about your business. It reflects our professional opinion at the time it is prepared. It is not a guarantee of results, and we may decline to prepare an audit at our discretion (for example, for businesses outside our scope).
No ranking guarantees
Search engines, including Google, control their own results. MapRizz does not and cannot guarantee any particular ranking, position, review count, or business outcome. We commit to honest work and clear reporting.
Review practices
MapRizz follows the review policies of the platforms we work with. We do not write, buy, or incentivize reviews, and we do not selectively solicit (“gate”) reviews. Clients agree to use our review tools in the same way.
Paid services
Paid services are governed by a separate written agreement that describes scope, deliverables, fees, and term. Where these terms and that agreement conflict, the agreement controls.
Intellectual property
The MapRizz name, logo, and the content of this website belong to MapRizz. Work we create for clients belongs to the client once paid for, as described in the client agreement.
Third-party services and trademarks
Our services involve third-party platforms whose terms also apply to you. Google and Google Maps are trademarks of Google LLC. MapRizz is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MapRizz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the free audit. This website and its content are provided “as is.”
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
