Your Google Business Profile, done right.

For most local service businesses, the profile on Google Maps is the real front door — seen before the website, before the truck, before the handshake. We make it complete, accurate, and active.

Who this is for

  • Contractors, roofers, and remodelers who show up below competitors with worse work
  • Landscapers, cleaners, and detailers whose listing was set up years ago and never touched
  • Plumbers, electricians, and HVAC companies competing in crowded metro maps
  • Any owner who has been told to “claim your Google My Business” and isn't sure what comes next

Most profiles are half finished. Google notices, and so do customers.

A generic primary category, four services with no descriptions, a phone number that doesn't match the website, and photos from 2019 — that's the typical profile we see. Each gap is small. Together they tell Google your business is less relevant, and tell customers you might not be active. Fixing them is unglamorous work that pays off for years.

01What you get

Clear deliverables. Nothing vague.

  1. 01

    Category and service audit

We choose the most specific primary category for what you actually sell, add relevant secondary categories, and list every service with a clear, plain-English description.

  2. 02

    Business description and attributes

A description written for real customers that naturally includes what you do and where you work — no keyword stuffing. Attributes set accurately.

  3. 03

    Contact information consistency

Name, address, phone, hours, and website matched across your profile, website, and the major directories that Google cross-checks.

  4. 04

    Photo strategy and posting plan

Guidance on which photos matter (work in progress, finished jobs, your team, your trucks), how to shoot them on a phone, and a realistic posting cadence.

  5. 05

    Review and Q&A setup

Your review link ready to share, reply templates in your voice, and the common customer questions answered directly on your profile.

  6. 06

    Monitoring for unwanted edits

Google and the public can suggest changes to your profile. We watch for edits that shift your hours, categories, or phone number and correct them.

02How it works

What working together looks like.

  1. Step 1

    Audit

We review your current profile against the competitors ranking around you.

  2. Step 2

    Fix

Categories, services, description, contact details, and attributes corrected in one pass.

  3. Step 3

    Activate

Photos, posts, and review replies start flowing on a schedule you can sustain.

  4. Step 4

    Maintain

Monthly updates and edit monitoring keep the profile accurate as your business changes.

A straight answer

What optimization can and can't do

A complete, accurate profile is the foundation of local visibility. It removes reasons for Google to rank you lower and gives customers reasons to call. But it's one factor among several — your reviews, your website, your proximity to the searcher, and your competition all matter too.

We won't promise a position. We will show you exactly what changed, and we'll tell you honestly if the profile is already in good shape and your money is better spent elsewhere.

03Questions

Common questions about this service.

01Is Google Business Profile the same as Google My Business?

Yes. Google renamed Google My Business to Google Business Profile in 2021. It's the same free listing that appears on Google Maps and in local search results.

02Do I need to give you access to my profile?

For us to make changes directly, yes — you'd add us as a manager, which you can revoke at any time. You stay the owner. If you'd rather make the changes yourself, we can deliver them as a checklist instead.

03How quickly will changes show up?

Most profile edits are live within a few days, though some go through a short review by Google. Changes in where you rank take longer — typically weeks to a few months, depending on competition.

04Can you help if my profile was suspended?

Sometimes. Suspensions usually come from policy issues like a wrong business type or an address that doesn't qualify. We'll look at the cause and tell you honestly whether reinstatement is realistic before you spend anything.
