Get trusted

More genuine reviews, without the awkward ask.

Tap-to-review cards and a simple follow-up routine that turn happy customers into public proof — the compliant way.

Who this is for

  • Businesses with great customers and a review count that doesn't reflect it
  • Owners who feel uncomfortable asking for reviews and want a natural way to do it
  • Crews and technicians who finish jobs in the field, away from a computer
  • Anyone who has been pitched a “review service” that felt shady — because it probably was

Your customers are happy. They're just not telling Google.

Leaving a review takes effort: remember the business name, open Maps, find the listing, find the button. Most people mean to and never do. A card in their hand at the moment they're thanking you removes every step. And because you hand the same card to every customer, it's honest and it's compliant.

01What you get

Clear deliverables. Nothing vague.

  1. 01

Branded NFC + QR review cards

Durable cards printed with your business name, programmed to open your review page. NFC for a tap, QR for a scan — one card works for every phone.

  2. 02

    Review link setup

We generate your direct review link and make sure it opens the right form on both iPhone and Android, with no login confusion.

  3. 03

    Follow-up messaging

Simple text and email templates to send after a job — worded to feel like you, not a marketing robot — plus timing guidance.

  4. 04

    Owner reply templates

Short, human responses for five-star reviews, mixed reviews, and the occasional unfair one. Replying matters more than most owners realize.

  5. 05

    Team routine

A one-page playbook for when and how your crew hands over the card, so it happens on every job, not just when you're on site.

  6. 06

    Review monitoring

We watch for new reviews and flag ones that need a response, so nothing sits unanswered for weeks.

Compliance

Google-compliant by design.

Every part of the system follows the rules that govern reviews. Here's what that means in practice.

  1. 01

    Every customer gets asked

Same card, same link, no filtering by how the job went.

  2. 02

    No incentives

No discounts, gifts, or entries in exchange for a review.

  3. 03

    No fake or written reviews

We never write, buy, or post reviews on your behalf.

  4. 04

    Honest replies

Templates help you respond respectfully — including to critical reviews.

02How it works

What working together looks like.

  1. Step 1

    Set up your link

We locate your profile, generate the direct review link, and test it on real phones.

  2. Step 2

    Design and print

Cards branded to your business, programmed and tested before they ship.

  3. Step 3

    Train the routine

A short walkthrough with you and your crew on when to hand the card over.

  4. Step 4

    Reply and monitor

You respond using the templates; we keep an eye out for anything that needs attention.

A straight answer

We don't do review gating, incentives, or fake reviews. Here's why.

Review gating — showing the review link only to customers you think are happy — violates Google's policies and can get reviews removed. Offering discounts or gifts for reviews is also prohibited. Buying reviews is fraud.

Beyond the policy risk, these shortcuts don't build anything real. A steady stream of honest reviews from actual customers — including the occasional four-star — is what earns trust from both Google and the people reading them. That's what our system is designed to produce.

03Questions

Common questions about this service.

01Do review cards guarantee more reviews?

No. They remove the friction, which is the main reason happy customers don't leave reviews. The results depend on how consistently your team hands them over and, of course, on the quality of your work.

02Which phones work with the NFC tap?

iPhones from the XS onward and most Android phones from the last several years read NFC without any app. The QR code on the card covers older phones and anyone who prefers to scan.

03How many cards do I need?

Enough for every person who finishes jobs with customers to carry a couple. A solo operator might need two or three; a company with four crews might want a dozen. Cards are reusable — the customer taps, they don't keep it.

04What if a customer leaves a bad review?

It happens to every business. A calm, specific reply usually does more good than the review does harm — readers judge you by how you respond. We include templates for exactly this, and we'll help you handle reviews that clearly violate Google's policies.
